Excited to dive into "Fugitive Ritual, Selah"! Samara Joy won Best New Artist at the GRAMMYs last night and while I am not familiar with her, I peeped the snippet they played as she walked to the stage and she def has that lounge singer jazz type sound! I've literally never come across any black women from this current time doing that and am looking forward to tapping in with her music for sure.
